Process Description
Cleaning and Sorting:
During the cleaning stage, berries that fail to meet quality standards are sorted out and directed to specific areas, streamlining operations and reducing labor costs efficiently.
Crushing:
The crushing process, utilizing hammering for refinement, is safeguarded by the presence of nitrogen gas, ensuring optimal processing conditions are maintained.
Juice Extraction:
Specialized extraction methods are employed to boost juice productivity, maximizing the yield of premium-quality juice.
Sterilization:
Cutting-edge UHT instant sterilization technology is deployed to maintain the color and flavor of the juice, ensuring its quality remains intact over time.
Filling:
After juice production is complete, the juice is aseptically stored in large sterile bags using a sterile filling machine, extending the juice's shelf life and preserving its freshness effectively.
